Terms and Conditions – Farsummit

ARTICLE 1 – DEFINITIONS

In these terms and conditions, the following definitions apply:

• Cooling-off period: the period within which the consumer can make use of their right of withdrawal;
• Consumer: a natural person not acting in a professional or business capacity;
• Day: calendar day;
• Long-term transaction: a distance contract relating to a series of products/services over time;
• Durable data carrier: a means to store information for future reference;
• Right of withdrawal: the right to cancel the distance contract within the cooling-off period;
• Entrepreneur: Farsummit, provider of outdoor gear (clothing, tents, sleeping bags, electronics);
• Distance contract: a remote agreement without physical presence;
• Means of distance communication: a tool used to conclude a remote contract;
• Terms and Conditions: these current Terms and Conditions.

ARTICLE 3 – APPLICABILITY

These terms apply to all offers and agreements between Farsummit and the consumer. We provide these terms before or during checkout, and they are available electronically for download or reference.

ARTICLE 4 – THE OFFER

All offers are non-binding unless stated otherwise. We strive to describe products accurately and show images that closely resemble the product. Prices include VAT but exclude any customs/import duties. See our Shipping Policy for more.

ARTICLE 5 – THE CONTRACT

The agreement is formed once the consumer accepts the offer and completes payment. We confirm this via email. Orders are subject to availability.

ARTICLE 6 – RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

Consumers can cancel within 30 days after receiving their product. See our full Refund Policy. Products must be returned unused and in original condition within 30 days after notification of withdrawal.

ARTICLE 7 – COSTS IN CASE OF WITHDRAWAL

Return costs are at the customer’s expense unless otherwise agreed. Refunds are processed within 14 days after return or proof thereof.

ARTICLE 8 – EXCLUSION OF WITHDRAWAL

Withdrawal does not apply to sealed hygiene products, custom-made items, perishable goods, and items stated as non-returnable. This is clearly indicated on the product page.

ARTICLE 9 – PRICE

All prices are in euros (€), VAT inclusive. We reserve the right to adjust prices due to legal changes or typos. Import duties are the customer's responsibility.

ARTICLE 10 – CONFORMITY AND WARRANTY

All products comply with EU consumer law. Electronics include a 2-year legal guarantee. See our policy for details.

ARTICLE 11 – DELIVERY

Orders are shipped within 1 business day. If delivery is delayed more than 14 days, you may cancel the order. See our Shipping Policy.

ARTICLE 12 – DURATION TRANSACTIONS

You may cancel indefinite contracts anytime with one month's notice. Fixed-term contracts will not renew automatically unless agreed otherwise.

ARTICLE 13 – PAYMENT

Payments are due within 7 working days after order confirmation unless otherwise agreed. See our Payment Policy.

ARTICLE 14 – COMPLAINTS

Complaints must be submitted within 7 days after discovery. We respond within 14 days. Valid complaints lead to replacement or repair at no cost.

ARTICLE 15 – DISPUTES

These terms are governed by Dutch law. Any disputes shall be submitted to the competent court in the Netherlands.
