We work with trusted shipping partners to ensure your order is delivered safely and on time. Our main shipping partners are DHL and PostNL for all deliveries within the Netherlands.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can track your order on our Order Tracking Page using the tracking number provided.
For orders outside of the Netherlands, customs duties and import taxes may apply. These costs are the responsibility of the customer and must be paid at the time of delivery.
If you wish to change your delivery address after placing an order, please contact our customer service as soon as possible at info@farsummit.com. We will do our best to accommodate the change, but we cannot guarantee this if the order has already been processed.
If a package cannot be delivered due to an incorrect address, refusal of delivery, or failure to collect at a collection point, we reserve the right to charge return and reshipping costs.
