How long will it take to receive my order?
We process all orders within 1 to 3 business days . Delivery within the Netherlands usually takes 6 to 10 business days. You’ll receive a tracking number as soon as your gear is on its way.

Can I return my order?
Yes, you have 30 days to return your order. Just make sure the product is unused and in its original condition. Email us at info@farsummit.com to start your return.

When will I get my refund?
Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we’ll refund the full amount to your original payment method within 7 business days.

What if my item arrives damaged?
That shouldn’t happen, but if it does, send us a photo and your order number within 48 hours to info@farsummit.com and we’ll make it right.

Yes, all products come with a 2-year legal warranty against manufacturing defects. And for heavy-use outdoor gear, we’ll always work with you to find the best solution.
